Cleaning

MTAB ASPIRATOR CHANNEL

The air separator type MTAB is used to separate grain from light impurities such as dust, glume, straws, empty and stunted grains, light seeds, etc. The machine is supplied with adjustable air velocity plates and full view inspection windows. On request, a magnetic separator is supplied, fitted along the full width of the air separator outlet.

MCBA INTENSIVE DAMPER

Ideal for uniform water distribution on grain, it guarantees a quick and homogeneous absorption inside the kernels.

MTRA AIR-RECIRCOLATING ASPIRATOR

Ideal for dust separation through air recirculation. It can be used individually, applied to a cleaning separator or an intensive scourer.

MSRA ROTARY SEPARATOR

The MSRA rotary separator eliminates from the cereal both coarse and fine impurities. The lighter impurities could be eliminated by a separate closed circuit aspiration channel directly connected to the MSRA. The machine is fed centrally through a swinging device which uniformly distributes the product throughout the width of the upper sieve. The overtails are expelled through two lateral outlets. The product that passes through the upper sieve is equally distributed on the lower sieves, properly dimensioned, where fine impurities with a higher density than cereal are separated. The MSRA functions by free swinging adjustable movement.

MSTA MAGNETIC SEPARATOR

This device is applied to the down spouting for the elimination of iron from intermediate and finished products.

VDM TWO-WAY DIVERTING VALVE

The two-way diverting valve type “VDM” is used in the pneumatic conveying lines both in negative than in positive pressure. It mainly consists of an aluminium alloy body with a rotating slide of the same material controlled by a pneumatic actuator. End switches are placed into a protective box and an air purge system into the side covers with air regulator is supplied.

SF ROTARY VALVE

The blow through rotary valve type SF is particularly suitable for the feeding and pneumatic conveying of products in grain and powder and it can be used in all industrial sectors involving pneumatic conveying lines with average / low pressure. Far the particular construction the several type of rotors and the minimum tolerances, it ensures excellent airlock and good flowing of the product in pneumatic conveying lines. This valve has been studied to fit any type of product or special requirement of the customer.

MVSA AIRLOCK VALVE AND CYCLONE FOR PNEUMATIC SYSTEM

The airlock valve is a rotary valve used to transfer, by gravity, products from environments with different pressures. The precise design of its components guarantees the airlock to be fully air-tight. The body and the revolving wheel inside are made from cast iron and the latter mounted on ball bearings. For application on the negative-pressure pneumatic system, they can be grouped in series by means of couplings.

MMMA HAMMER MILL

The basic function of this machine is based on a crushing principle by hammering and friction action between the particles. The machine consists in an anti-wear manganese steel body with an internal 475 mm diameter rotor, a manganese steel screen with a diameter of 500 mm which entirely covers the circumference of the milling chamber blocked by the front access door. In order to increase the milling effect the screen is equipped with impact profiles in manganese steel. The product that passes through the screen, falling on the lower screen finds a strong air stream generated by the motion of the rotor and by the hammers creating the same action of a fan.

MEFA EXTRACTEUR VIBRANT

MCDA SERATING CYCLONE

The separating cyclone is a device used to separate, from a determined quantity of air, solid particles with an diameter greater than 40 microns suspended and conveyed in the in the air stream. The cyclone consists mainly on an intake pipe which tangentially conveys the dusty air flow in the inside the cyclone firstly towards the lower part in a spiral motion following the circumference of the body and then move upstream towards the collecting pipe which function is to guide the upstream air current, at this point free of any dust particles, towards an axial outlet. The separated dust particles fall towards the bottom to the cyclone and are expelled by means of a rotary airlock which controls the air pressure difference between the inside and the outside, regardless whether is negative or positive.
