The finishing of the flours takes place by grinding and sieving the cereal. The cereal, after being treated in the various pre-cleaning and cleaning phases, is sent to the grinding section for the finishing of the finished products.

Through the grinding of the cereal in the phases of breaking, regrind, compression, through the use of roller mills, and the sieving of the various products, using the plansifters, to separate the flour from the intermediate products that need further processing, we obtain the finished products of different qualities and grain sizes as well as by-products and wholemeal flours.
An adequate grinding diagram guarantees the obtaining of products according to the needs and requests of the customer.
